I was most impressed with the breadth of knowledge about elder care issues that Mr. Erhart exhibited when he met with me and my husband. He was able to answer all our questions clearly, and had even thought of scenarios and issues that I did not realize were important considerations in handling the legal and financial affairs of our relative with Alzheimer's Disease. I would highly recommend him and his firm to anyone struggling to make decisions regarding estate issues, care, and financing for a loved one in the declining phase of life.

Mr. Bill Erhart and the staff of Estate & Elder Law Services were of great assistance during the time of my husband passing and providing legal counsel for going forward after his death. They were kind, informative, and professional. They were responsive and timely. I highly recommend them.

Attorney Bill Erhart and paralegal Elizabeth Vizcarrondo-Colon did an excellent job of guiding me through the complicated process of creating a Miller Trust for my mother and applying for Medicaid so that she can move into a skilled nursing facility.

Newsletters are very informative. I thought Bill might like to know that the state of Delaware is "forcing retirees" into a new Medicare Advantage plan as of January 1, 2023 if they want to keep their retirement health benefit! Of course, you can opt out and go rogue, but the cost would be outrageous.

This firm guided through the most stressful time of our lives with our elderly parents who both ended up in a nursing home within months of each other. They took us step by step through the Medicaid process. Elizabeth was always available whenever we had any questions. I highly recommend this firm.
