Reviews
Denise Barrow They have such welcoming community events!
Google User This place is wonderful. I am so disheartened to see the bad reviews based solely on prejudices. Their mission is to help the community as a whole and that includes both Natives first and foremost, but also non-natives and members of diverse groups and communities such as lgbtq+. As a native Chippewa I was taught to be extra sensitive of marginalized groups as my ancestors themselves have experienced unjust treatments due to their culture and identity. I see a counselor here and have truly received top notch treatment with some of the newest and most proven methods of healing, including somatic therapy. Yes, the ladies up front may not all be native, but so what? They're still there to serve you and have agreed to be part of a mission to help the Native community. Helena and Montana in general has an extreme lack of mental health professionals available, yet is #3 for su*cide in the Nation, so please be more understanding and less prejudice in the future. Thank you, HIA for all you do for both Natives and non-natives in our community. When I first came in I was completely lost and giving up in life. Your clinic has been nothing but a blessing for me and I highly appreciate everything you guys do. Please never stop, your services will always be needed and appreciated!
Susanne Shultz For over two years, HIA has provided very good care for me. They are helpful, courteous and kind. From the appointment setters, to Billing and Records, to the nurses and practitioners, I have been treated so well. They make it a point to appreciate you. Thank you, HIA!
Nancy Plante Native American’s have been my dream to work with.. I just moved to Montana and we have a beautiful horse rescue project.. I also am a psychologist, National Addiction Specialist, and have licensed in Vermont and New Hampshire… If there is a Native American Rehab or clinic around Helena; I will contact them all… So happy to see that there a couple medical services for this beautiful Native American’s that are predisposed to Alcohol as that’s what we; (as white people) fed them to be able to conquer them…. How very sad… Very Sincerely, Nancy
Lexi Best clinic, best Dr's. Thank you for treating me like a human.
